is a small farmstead next to the ancient forest in Bjärka-Säby. It is a place for anyone who wants to stay simply, enjoy peace and quiet, and discover the beautiful nature of the oak landscape.
In spring, summer and autumn, we host work retreats, children’s camps and special food experiences. Mumsmålen is also a Pilgrim’s Welcome, offering accommodation for pilgrims and hikers along Östgötaleden and St. Birgitta Ways.

There are three bedrooms: two double rooms and one room with four beds. There is also a summer room with three beds, and a shelter with space for 8–10 pilgrims or short-term guests.
It's approximately 4 km between Mumsmålen and Gunnarsbo farm and 5 km to the bus stop in Bjärka-Säby. Bicycles are available for those staying at Mumsmålen.
Right now, we are working on establishing a monastery-inspired volunteer initiative in Bjärka-Säby, which is planned to open for applicants in the fall of 2024. However, there's already an opportunity to stay at Mumsmålen and assist in setting up the operation.
